How do I claim my artist profile?

If your artist profile was created by a label or another party, there are two ways to claim it:

Method 1: Request an Invite from the Label

• Contact the label that originally released your music.
• Ask them to send you an Artist Invite via the "Manage Artist" section under "Artist Profile" > "Invite Artist" in their label dashboard.
• If your music has been released through multiple labels, any of them can assist.
• Ensure they send the invite to your correct email address.
• Once you receive the email, click the link and follow the steps to create a password.
• You’ll then have full access to your artist profile.

Method 2: Request Support from Acid Nation

If you can’t reach the label or don’t know who created the profile, we can help.

• Contact our support team and request a transfer.
• We’ll ask for information to verify your identity before proceeding.
