Our fulfillment service is designed to make your life easier by handling the storage, packing, and shipping of your physical products—vinyl and merchandise only—so you can focus on creating.

Here’s what you get with our Fulfillment Service:

Dedicated Fulfillment Center

We store and manage your physical inventory, including vinyl, CDs, cassettes, and merch (clothing, accessories, etc.). For a full list of accepted items, please refer to the fulfillment form.

Marketplace Placement

Once your items are received and approved, they’ll appear in the Merch section of our website and on your artist or label profile, ready for fans to purchase.

Shipping to Fans

We take care of the entire shipping process—from packing orders to managing returns—ensuring your products reach your fans worldwide.

Customer Service Included

We handle customer inquiries, shipping issues, and return requests on your behalf.

No Extra Fees

Fulfillment is included at no extra cost with any Artist or Label subscription. We take 0% of your merch or vinyl sales. Optional upgrades for advanced services are available.

Minimum Requirement

To use the fulfillment service, we require a minimum of 10 items per shipment. If you’re not quite there yet, no problem—you’re welcome to send stock once you've reached the minimum.
