I want to change the release date of my items — can I do this?

Yes, you can—once your fulfillment submission has been approved.

When submitting vinyl or merch for fulfillment, you’ll select a release date in:

Dashboard > Fulfillment > Vinyl Submission / Merch Submission

See Section 2: Availability to choose your desired release date.

Important Notes:

• The earliest possible release date must be at least 10 days from submission, allowing us time to receive and approve your shipment.
• You cannot change the release date while your package is still in pending status.

What happens after approval?

Once we receive and approve your shipment:

• You’ll receive an email allowing you to edit your release date
• You’ll also have the option to activate pre-orders, which will show on your merch or vinyl product page
• If we don’t hear back, we’ll move forward with the release date you selected on your fulfillment form
