Here’s a step-by-step breakdown of how Acid Nation’s fulfillment service works for your merchandise and vinyl:

1. Prepare Your Merchandise

If you have a paid Artist or Label account, you can send your vinyl, apparel, or other merch to our dedicated fulfillment center.

You’ll receive clear instructions on where to send your items and how to package them.

2. Quality Check

Once your shipment arrives, we perform a quality inspection to ensure all items meet our shipping and presentation standards.

3. Storage

Approved items are stored in your allocated space:

  • EU: up to 1m x 1m
  • US: up to 39.37” x 39.37”

    Storage is free as long as space is available. If your space is full, you’ll need to wait until items sell to send more.

4. Order Processing

When fans purchase your merch from the Acid Nation marketplace, we handle the entire fulfillment process — picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment.

5. Shipping

We ship directly to fans worldwide, using flat-rate shipping to keep things simple and reliable.

6. Customer Service

Our team manages all customer support, including order issues, returns, and tracking questions — so you don’t have to.

7. Payments

You keep 100% of your earnings. Acid Nation takes no commission fees on physical sales. Payouts are processed through your connected account.
